Member LibrariesOur member libraries are located throughout Clackamas County: As a resident of Clackamas County, you're entitled to a free library card at any of our member libraries. Because our libraries all share the same computer system, you can borrow material, place holds, and return items at any public library in the county. Our computer system LINAS (Library Information Network Automated System) tells us which library to send your material to, and our courier drivers transport the material there six days a week. Further, as a resident of Clackamas County, you're also eligible for a free library card at any Multnomah County Library branch and at any member library of Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS). Be sure to tell them you're a part of MIX: the Metropolitan Interlibrary eXchange, a cooperative agreement among the public libraries in the Portland metropolitan area. Additional information about libraries in Oregon can be found at the Oregon Library Association and the Oregon State Library sites. |
